Terms of Use (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Caddy Pro AI ("we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the Caddy Pro AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and this Agreement.

2. Subscription

Caddy Pro AI offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Premium Monthly:

• Subscription length: 1 month, auto-renewing.
• Price: Displayed in the App and on the App Store product page at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.
• Use the App in any way that could harm us, other users, or any third party.

4. AI-Generated Recommendations

The App uses AI to generate golf-related recommendations based on the information you provide and general golf principles. These recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, score improvement, or shot result. You are solely responsible for your decisions on the course and for your own safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the operator of Caddy Pro AI is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
